Really helped with my neck pain

Like many people I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk and typing for work. Coupled with ergonomic improvements to my work station, using the Backbridge two times a day for two minutes (as recommended) has significantly helped me feel good throughout my entire body. I am approaching 50 and paying attention to flexibility has really been great. The Backbridge makes it a simple habit that I can stick to on a consistent basis. The stretch itself is so satisfying.
